Student supervision

• co-supervision of a PhD student, Léa Siegwald, targeted metagenomics (2014-2017)
• 1 internship IUT in computer sciences (2 months, 2016)
• supervision of three Master1 student duos for their project in computer sciences in 2011 and one duo in 2012
• supervision of a Biology Licence2 student (2 months, 2008) and two Computer sciences Master1 students (1 month, 2007)
